About the Event
Only about 500 people have been to space so far, but that number will continue to grow. How do we sustain life in the harsh environment that floats just above us? First, we need to survive. We need a place to live where we can create a breathable atmosphere, carry or grow rations, and recycle enough resources to extend our presence. But we also want to thrive. What have we learned so far about life in space? We’ll talk with guests who work on habitats, food, health, and space life.
