SOLVING THE SKILLS GAP

The need for skilled Space employees has never been greater. Studies show that space manufacturing is one of the highest-value manufacturing careers; however, a Manufacturing Institute and Deloitte report found that 2.4 million jobs may be left open due to a lack of trained workers. The Foundation for the Future is working to solve this issue through a dedicated Workforce for the Future initiative. This new national resource connects workers with vetted training opportunities for space-focused workforce certifications.
